27 February 2006 It passed actually already almost one week, since we arrived on 22
February at the bus terminal of Montevideo! The beautiful capital of
Uruguay with the Spanish flair, offers many possibilities to drive it
out. On the one hand there are some beautiful beaches at the Rio Plata,
those invites for bathing, and on the other hand offers the city many
objects of interest and beautiful boroughs. On past Saturday we made
trips to Minas, a village inside the country and to Piriápolis, a idyllic holidays place
nearly the
coast which is surrounded by 7 wooded hills. Yesterday we drove with the
bus to the holidays center of Uruguay Punta del Este. Tomorrow the journey goes
continuing to Salto by
the Rio Uruguay.
