LAST MESSAGE
22 March 2006 During our journey from Humahuaca over
the Argentine Altiplano until the city to the border La Quiaca, we had
made impressive experiences. Between hundreds running smugglers, we went over the border
bridge, which connects La Quiaca with Villazón the Bolivian city to the
border.
Still on the same afternoon we continued our travel to the small idyllic town Tupiza in the section Potosí. In the very friendly Hostal Colonel Pedro Arraya we remain for two nights. Tomorrow we
continue to drive with the train to Oruro. From there we plan to go right after La Paz further, depending upon possibility.
